Every effort will be made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed after the order is placed.

Handling Time:  1-2 Business Days  (Mon-Fri)

Our team ships out your purchase within 24 hours or the next day. If the purchase falls on Friday after 5 pm, we will ship the product out on Monday.

Transit time: 3-7 Business Days (Mon-Fri)

Delivery Countries: We ship to the United States,Canada,United Kingdom,Australia 

Shipping Cost: Priority Insured Shipping ($3.00)

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. 

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

MindSprouts™ Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping address issue: To change the shipping address, please contact us by email at support@mindsproutskids.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons.

The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time.

You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. To avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence, or banking information check. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

What happens after I place an order?

Once an order has been submitted, you will receive the order status and shipping information. You will receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped. Here are some important details:

You'll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed, containing your order number and your order receipt. Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don't see it in your inbox.

If you don't receive a confirmation email, please email support@mindsproutskids.com with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received," and someone from our team will get in touch with you.

What happens if I Cancel or Change an order?

If an incorrect delivery address has been entered, please contact the team at support@mindsproutskids.com to modify your order ASAP.

How do I check the status of my order?

Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide you through email.

If you have yet to receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email support@mindsproutskids.com and we will assist you from there.

What happens if Missing or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@mindsproutskids.com We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
